Once you've chosen a property, we help reserve it and prepare all necessary contracts. After finalizing the purchase, we handle the title deed (Tapu) transfer process with the Land Registry.

If you're eligible, we also guide you through the Turkish citizenship application. Even after the sale, our after-sales services include furnishing, property management, and support with utility setup—ensuring you feel at home from day one.
